Task at hand: Remove and replace ceramic tile in a 10' x 10' foyer.

The tile was dated, circa mid-1970, and in poor repair due to a flexing floor.

The original tile and underlayment was removed, and the floor prepped and leveled in preparation for installation of the new tile, a combination of 12" square and 6" square tiles arranged in a simple but flattering design.

In progress, white thinset was used due to the color of the grout, a very light gray called "Mist".
