Are you looking to inexpensively increase the value of your home? Our "Get it Ready" service can do just that, and may speed your sale too - without breaking the bank.
What's included?
Lawn Edge and Mow including using a weed whacker to get in the tight corners and along the edges of sidewalks and the house.
Trim and prune trees, bushes and hedges.
Mulch the flower beds including removing weeds and trim the flowers.
Freshen paint. Often we'll paint with a neutral color such as beige. It will make the house seem larger than white does. So will using semi gloss paint.
Removal of trash and yard waste. There shouldn't be anything sitting out in the yard that doesn't need to be. That includes old flower pots, children's toys, etc.
Pressure washing. Whether its your deck, patio, driveway, front walkway or porch, we'll clean it to remove years of stains, mold and mildew, which really enjoys those shady areas.
Install new curtains and blinds. Blinds don't cost much, and curtains can be inexpensive also. Over time, the sun fades the colors from your blinds and curtains, so new ones will "pop" more than the old ones.
Shampoo the rugs. You'd be surprised how much better your rugs will look after a good cleaning.
Install modern light switches and outlets. The new outlets look nice, and give the impression that the electrical wiring in the house is newer than it really is.
Install smoke detectors. If you house doesn't already have them, install a smoke detector on each floor of your house. It also doesn't hurt to install a carbon-monoxide detector.
Install ceiling fans. If you live in an area where warm weather is common, replacing built in ceiling lights with ceiling fans will look very nice.
